Kodar Inženjering has successfully finished one of the longest single projects for Telenor Serbia: in the beginning of 2011, Kodar signed a series of contracts with Huawai, concerning the realization of works on SWAP project of equipment on locations in Serbia. That, so called Telenor Renovation Project included:

1. Realization of works on SWAP of MW and RAN equipment. It was about the physical swap of base stations and link equipment as well as the swap of existing power feed on more than 650 locations.

2. Optimization of network (Statement of Work For Telenor Renovation Project_RNO) which entailed:
   a.) Drive rests as well as preparation of documentation for more than 800 Telenor locations
    b.) Optimization of network parameters for all locations on which we performed Drive tests.

3. The work of our engineers on OMC with SWAP-ing of MW/RAN equipment.
